Natalie Whittaker, Relax Holistic Therapy

Established in January 2009 by Natalie Whittaker, Relax Holistic Therapy has extensive experience in a range of disciplines including Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Therapeutic Swedish, and Neuromuscular Massage Therapy.

At Relax Holistic Therapy we focus on individually tailored injury and massage treatments for your aches and pains, whether it is to help relieve stress, muscular tension, tight and inflexible muscles, headaches, depression to name just a few.

Combining several massage techniques, we can help restore and support full function to muscles, tendons and ligaments (soft tissue) allowing the body to work to its greatest potential. Identifying the cause can put you back in control of your body preventing further pain and injury.

Based in St Neots Relax Holistic Therapy is within easy walking distance of St Neots railway station. A mobile service is provided for patients who find it more convenient to have a treatment at home.

How To Find Us

Driving

When turning into Swallow Court, continue for approximately 100 metres, turning right at the T-junction. The property is located in front of you. There is a private parking space on the drive in front of the property.

Cycling

We have an easily accessible area at the property to store your bicycle safely.

Access

The treatment room is situated on the ground floor next to the front door, making it easily accessible for clients who maybe restricted in movement.

Opening Hours

At Relax Holistic Therapy we offer flexible hours and days to suit your individual circumstances and will try to accommodate your requirements wherever possible.

  • Monday: 9.30am to 7.30pm
  • Tuesday: 9.30am to 7.30pm
  • Wednesday: 9.30am to 7.30pm
  • Thursday: 9.30am to 7.30pm
  • Friday: 9.30am to 5.00pm

Saturday and Sunday appointments available on request, subject to availability.

Payment

Cash/ Cheque payments are accepted. Please let us know beforehand if you wish to pay in advance by bank transfer. Please ensure that you use your name as the payment reference

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment we require 24 hours notice to allow another client the opportunity of booking the slot. If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment and we are unable to fill your slot the full fee will be charged and must be paid before your next appointment commences.
